Estate of H. P. HORTON Non Compos Mentis

 

At this day come R. A. RIKE Guardian of the Estate of H. P. HORTON Non Compos Mentis and makes his report of the sale of the personal property of said HORTON and it appearing to the court that said sale had been fairly made, It is therefore ordered by the Court that said sale be confirmed and recorded by the clerk.

 

Estate of H. P. HORTON Non Compos Mentis

 

At this day R. A. RIKE Guardian of the Estate of H. P. HORTON Non Compos Mentis and returned an additional inventory consisting of notes ordered by the court that the same be recorded.

 

Also said Guardian presented an account of Sixteen 44/00 Dollars against Said Estate of H. P. HORTON ordered by the Court that said account be allowed.

 

Estate of JOHN PATTERSON Decd.

 

At this day come JAS. PATTERSON administrator of the Estate of JOHN PATTERSON Decd. and Presented Inventory and appraisement of Said Estate, Ordered by the Court that the same be approved and Recorded by the clerk.

At this day comes W. A. WILLIAMS Guardian of the Minor heirs of NANCY WILLIAMS Decd. and made his annual Report of the Condition of his words Estate which shows cash on hands the 1st day of Jany. 1862 [of] $784.56. Ordered by the Court that said report be approved.

At this day come W. A. WILLIAMS Guardian of the Minor heirs of A. G. WILSON and makes his annual Report of the condition of his wards Estate which shows cash on hands $541.59. Ordered by the Court that said Report be approved.

 

Estate of LANSON CLARK Decd.

 

It appearing to the Court that HARRISON JAMISON who was by this Court appointed a commissioner to sell certain property belonging to said Estate has departed this life, It is therefore ordered by the Court that ALEXANDER BERRY be and he is hereby appointed a commissioner to collect and pay over to the persons authorized to receive the same any uncollected money due the Estate of LANSON CLARK Decd.

 

Estate of HARRISON JAMISON Decd.

 

At this day comes ELLINOR JAMISON the surviving wife and partner of HARRISON JAMISON Decd. and by petition prays the Court to appoint appraisers to apprise the Community property of herself and her deceased Husband HARRISON JAMISON. Ordered by the Court that ALLEN TALKINGTON, WILLIAM CAROUTH and SILAS YARNELL be and they are appointed appraisers to appraise the community property of HARRISON JAMISON and ELLINOR JAMISON the Surviving partner of said deceased and make report to this Court as required by law.

 

Estate of the Minor heirs of A. G. WILSON and NANCY WILLIAMS

 

Now at this day comes WESLEY A. WILLIAMS Guardians of the minors heirs of A. G. WILSON and NANCY WILLIAMS and executes new Bond as Guardian aforesaid JOHN FAIRES one of the securities of said WILLIAMS Guardian as aforesaid having files his complaint in this requiring the said WILLIMAS to Give new bond. It is therefore ordered by the Court that the said JOHN FAIRES security as aforesaid be and he is hereby released from any further liability upon as Security as aforesaid for the future acts of the said W. A. WILLIAMS as Guardian for his said Wards.

Now at this day, this cause come on to be heard and it appearing to the court that notice had been given as required by law and no one appearing to contest the sale of a Negro Boy NED belonging to LEWIS GRAVES Non compos and it appearing to Court that there is a necessity for the sale of said Negro for the payment of debts and the maintenance of the said LEWIS GRAVES It is therefore ordered by the Court that JOHN D. GRAVES Guardian of said LEWIS GRAVES proceed to sell said negro Boy on the first Tuesday in June at the Court house door in the Town of McKinney at public auction to the highest bidder between the hours of 10 A. M. and 4 P. M on a credit of 12 months the purchaser giving bond and good security for the payment of the purchase money------

 

Also ordered by the Court that the Guardian of LEWIS GRAVES non compos proceed to sell all the personal property of said LEWIS GRAVES at the earliest practicable time for cash, to the highest bidder after giving ten days notice of the time and place of said sale, said sale to be between the hours required by Law.

Bells, 175 Bushels of corn and the following notes: two notes on JOHN W. WESTERMAN one for $180—the other for $100, one note on 4. S. 433D for $286.00 and one note $100 with a credit of 25 (cent) on G. W. GUEST, being the Estate of said deceased Subject to partition, among the following named heirs to wit JAMES PATTERSON, ROBERT PATTERSON, JOHN PEW and BENJ. S. SLOAN Citizens of Collin County except BENJ. S. SLOAN who is a Citizen of Fannin giving one fourth part of said Estate to each of said heirs and make report to this Court.

At this time comes the administrators of M. & C. MALLOW deceased and by Petition prays for an order of sale for wheat some 100 bushels more and for some Bacon, representing to the court that said effects were liable to waist (sic-waste), and that there was a necessity for said sale for the payment of court fees and debts, Ordered by the Court that said admr. proceed to sell said property at the Earliest practicable time at the late residence of said deceased on a credit of six months, giving notice of the time and place of said sale, said sale to be between the hours of 10 A. M. and 4 P. M. taking bond and security of the purchasers.

 

Estate of P. M. MUGG Decd.

 

At this day comes ELISHA CHAMBERS admr. of the Estate of R. M. MUGG decd. with his account current with said Estate for final settlement, and it appearing to the Court that notice had been given for said settlement as required by Law, the Court proceeded to examine the same, and it appearing to the court that said account had been and was fairly made out, It is therefore ordered adjudged and decreed by the Court that the same in all things be confirmed.

HOWARD minor and made report of the condition of his wards Estate which shows cash received $411.66/100 and cash paid out $487.56/100, two tract of land 98 acres each, one Horse, one negro woman & child, one note on ROBT. FITZHUGH for 75$ note on THOS. BARNES $ (blank) note on D. C. FORMAN for $80.00, Ordered by the Court that said report be and the same is hereby approved.

At this day comes J. O. STAUGHAM guardian of the Estate of HARMON HOWARD minor and made report of the Condition of his Wards Estate, which shows cash on hand $246.92/100, 160 acres of land, one Negro Boy, balance on note A.
